Corrections Community

This program is designed to address ethics and professionalism as they relate to Missouri DOC’s Code of Conduct. We will examine how ethics affect job performance as well as the correctional image.

This course is offered to all institutional staff in order to build upon their technical knowledge, skill and overall understanding of the report writing process. The students will review the report writing process and they will practice correcting technical errors on example reports.

Based on the NIC FTO curriculum, this program will provide staff with the training needed to effectively develop and deliver skill based On-The-Job training modules to employees.
