I am trying to find an average for Sgt. to Officer ratio. Nothing has been found officially so I am seeking assistance.

Our PD has a small 72 hour Lockup. We have a staff of 18 officers that currently work three 8 hour shifts. We book around 15,000 adults and 2,000 juveniles a year. On average we have 35 people in our Lockup at a time. We would like to go to 12 hour shifts. I have put together a schedule showing...
