    ADP: Approximately 3,800 We discontinued giving coffee to inmates years ago. It saved us about $50,000 per year. Impact was minimal. We feed the inmates in the dayroom of the dormitory. We do allow inmates to order instant coffee from commissary...The price is $.28 each.
