I am looking for lesson plans/FTO modules that deal with the application of leather or soft restraints for use on suicidal inmates or inmates with mental health issues.

We have just updated our Directive on use of force and that has lead to a review of our use of force curriculum. We do instruction in use of handcuffs and leg irons along with use of the Restraint Chair. Does any one have a lesson plan for the use of soft restraints. If you do and are willing to share...
