GLBT Youth Housing and Classification Policies
Does anyone out there have policies and procedures in place that deal with GLBT youth in juvenile corrections? Do you house GLBT youth seperately from heterosexual youth? Does that cause more attention and scrutiny than co-mingling? Thanks!

Guidelines for Square Footage Requirements in a temporary holding area such as Court
Are there any ACA (or other guidelines) for the minimum square footage required for inmates being detained for court (in a courthouse detention area or other temporary holding facility)? I appreaciate your assistance in advance. Melinda
