Signed up to view July 15th Program

This is my first time on this website. I signed up to view "The Menatlly Ill in Jail" due to my current profession and interest in the subject. I signed up to watch it via my computer but today a telecommunication device was installed at our facility and the installer said I could view your program via that technology but would need additional link info. Could you advise me on how to change my registration info and also how to view your program using this newer technology?

April 15th - Can we get a dvd?

My name is Clay Heintze, Training and Development Specialist 3 for the Louisiana Dept of Public Safety and Corrections. We have already registered for the broadcast for April 15th regarding Corrections Budgets, however we are having problems getting our satellites to work (problems since Hurricanes Gustav and Ike). Would it be possible to receive a dvd of the program? Thank You, Clay Heintze

Access to the NIC Learning Center

I co-chair the Alaska Division of Juvenile Justice Safety & Security Committee. I took a 2 of NIC classes and recommended that all members of the DJJ SSC take them as well. Unfortunately several have had difficulty accessing the classes. The 2 classes are Leadership in Critical Incidents & Emergency Preparedness & Response are these classes available on disk?

I have attempted to register for this course, but I am unable because the site registration page will only recognize a U.S. adress and my adress is in Canada. My Law Enforcement colleges and I are hopping that you will be able to assist us in my attempt in registerring as the gang problems up here in Canada are increasing at an alarming rate; and there is a tremendous amount of info that we could gleam from your call content. Please contact me to advise what it is I must do to register. Thank you.

Common problems

Make sure that the Caps Lock button is not on. Your account information is case sensitive.
You may be trying to use a username/password that is for another web site or a different part of our web site. If you did not create an account in the Community, you need to create a new account (join).
You may simply be using the wrong username/password. You can request your login information be sent to you by email. If your email address is incorrect or not working, this will not work and you will need to send an email to communitysupport@nicic.org.
If your account has been suspended, you will not be permitted access. If you would like to appeal the suspension, send an email to communitysupport@nicic.org.
In some rare cases, it has been reported that, when trying to sign in, you keep getting redirected back to the sign in page and never get logged in. If this happens, please contact communitysupport@nicic.org for assistance.
