&lt;p&gt;&lt;a class="" href="http://www.incidentcommander.net/index.shtml"&gt;Incident Commander&lt;/a&gt; is available free of charge to all authorized public safety agencies.&amp;nbsp; Developed through a grant award from the &lt;a class="" href="http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/"&gt;National Institute of Justice, Office of Justice Programs&lt;/a&gt;, Incident Commander is a&amp;nbsp;PC-based software simulation that models real-world situations within a community, allowing for training at the management level for a critical incident.&amp;nbsp; Incident Commander utilizes the Incident Command System and is NIMS (National Incident Management System) compliant.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/p&gt;Users can &lt;a class="" href="http://www.incidentcommander.net/order.shtml"&gt;order&lt;/a&gt; the Incident Commander CD through the National Criminal Justice Reference Service web site.&amp;nbsp; Orders are limited to 16 copies per order and NCJRS will charge shipping and handling.&amp;nbsp; An order for 1&amp;nbsp;CD will be a $5 S&amp;amp;H fee.&amp;nbsp; U.S. based public safety personnel can also call the National Criminal Justice Reference Service at 1-800-851-3420 and request it by product number NCJ# 217516.&lt;font size="1"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font size="1"&gt;
