Prior to the final decision to use this particular type / brand of razor, I broke apart several different kinds and examined the actual blade in each unit. Of the razors that I destroyed, I noted that the one we choose was the most difficult to dissemble and the actual blade that it contained was so flimsy that it was basically useless without the framework of the razor body to hold it rigid.
