    We don't have a cap on inmate accounts unless they are over 99,999. To handle less cash we started a bank card system with Chase Bank. When the inmate is discharged out of custody he/she is given a bank debit card that can be given to any store or bank that will process Mastercard or Visa. Staff no longer counts cash, no more bad counts ...

    Because of state law that allows inmates to take legal action with in 3 and 1/2 years, we archive this long. This is done with over 500 cameras, 38 - 16 channel DVR's, in 8 buildings.
