     Steve,in California State Prisons the proceedures vairy depending on the level of the prison. typically it ends up being a one for one exchange on third watch (1400-2200), but accountability is only minimal after the razor gets into thew inmates hands. it sounds like you are asking for something a bit more extensive. placing them in baggies ...

     Hi Heather, In California Institution for women Arobics is taught almost nightly by a designated trained inmate that volunteers. although this is not mandatory there is always a long waiting line to get into the auditorium that holds 200 people. there are verious levels of arobics that are led by 5 inmate trained volunteers. we also have a ...

     I somewhat agree with Highjoker about the uniform issue and the Resident name thing, but the rest i disagree. They are women and not men and therefore we need to have a different approch than men.      Hi Ed, In California Department of Corrections our Basic Training Course is 16 weeks approximatley 640 hours. The Officers also complete a 2 year apprenticeship program at the Institution they will be working at.
