in GP chemical agents can be used. they are not easily available and are not often used. in the mental health unit they are never used.

in our facility, sudafed is only available through medical. that being said there was a rash of lingering colds lately and yes the sudafed was being misused. welbutrin xl was sufficiently abused that all are being switched to the less desirable regular version. seroquel has also come off formulary

in NH the basic training for officers is still 8 weeks. civilian staff attend the first four weeks. all wear the same uniform - bdu's, academy tshirt, boots, officer coat, ball cap. there are inspections and marching for all. underlying premise is that all are a part of the same team.
