    I would like thank all who responded. My main interest was information gathering.  I am not real interested in changing to10hrs.  I have a couple of senior officers who are pursuing this with little head way being made at this time. With 12hr schedule we have lowered Sick time per officer, Overtime is close to 50% of that we had with ...

  • 10 Hour work days

    I am looking for feedback on 10 hour work shifts.  We are currently working 12 hour days.  We have worked this know for just under a year.
