We do not have a written policy/guideline. Our clerical staff wear a uniform that consists of dark khaki pants, their choice of long or short sleeve shirts (button down and polo) in various colors, they also have the option to wear a plain black or blue sweater if they need more warmth. Detention and Program staff basically decide if the volunteers are dressed appropriately: long pants, long dresses w/ sleeves, shirts w/ sleeves, no low cut shirts or shirts that could show cleavage. We think of it as dressing as if you were going to church.
