Need help. I have been trying to contact TLN but with no success.
I have approval to renew my subscription but I am holding processing until I can confirm corrections programming in the past will continue to be a feature for the coming year.
I must also find some way to confirm that my satellite and receiver are working properly. We have received only a few broadcasts since hurricane Gustave. The last was on April 15 from NIC.
Since then we cannot confirm tht our equipment is even working. There was a recent broadcast from NIC since then and we could not receive it on our C-Band dish and receiver.
