NIC in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati is continuing the information sessions on the development and use of gender - responsive assessment and classification instruments specific to women. The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) will host two-hour information sessions, using an interactive on-line classroom, to introduce correctional staff to two new risk and needs assessment instruments for adult women offenders. The instruments are the result of NIC sponsored research conducted by the university of Cincinnati over the past four years. Scroll down the page to the Web-Ex training you wish to attend then select "Register" and follow the instructions.
