If you are having trouble logging in, creating an account or require special assistance, here are some instructions for helping yourself or contacting us for assistance.
Common problems
- Make sure that the Caps Lock button is not on. Your account information is case sensitive.
- You may be trying to use a username/password that is for another web site or a different part of our web site. If you did not create an account in the Community, you need to create a new account (join).
- You may simply be using the wrong username/password. You can request your login information be sent to you by email. If your email address is incorrect or not working, this will not work and you will need to send an email to communitysupport@nicic.org.
- If your account has been suspended, you will not be permitted access. If you would like to appeal the suspension, send an email to communitysupport@nicic.org.
- In some rare cases, it has been reported that, when trying to sign in, you keep getting redirected back to the sign in page and never get logged in. If this happens, please contact communitysupport@nicic.org for assistance.
Special Assistance
- We want to encourage participation from those with special needs who may find it inconvenient or difficult to use the Community on their own. If this is the case, please contact us and we will be happy to serve as a proxy for participating in the Community or to provide other types of assistance.
