To access NIC's e-Learning courses, you need to go to the Learn Center web site: http://nic.learn.com

From there, you can login or use the "Help/Support" link to ask questions.

If you are in the NIC Learning Center, please use the "Help/Support" button to get an instructor to try and troubleshoot your issue.  They are there 24/7.  I just loaded the course from my computer so I think everything is working in the Center related to this course.

If you are trying to open the course from a CD, you may be encountering difficulties related to Microsoft updating operational systems in computers since this course was produced.  Let us know if that is the case and we will move from there.
