We are also interested in having two staff people trained to be trainers. I'm in Kansas City, MO looking for facilitator training for my own personal foundation then train-the-trainer to pass it on to my community and those that reside within. Including, recovery support groups to not only enhance sponsorship but as a way for those in strong recovery can use their experiences in different ways that can help a lot of others that are not in support groups. No one here really knows anything about it. I'm hoping to be the first. The training will affect many areas ten-fold.

Hi Everyone, I am interested in how the search for trainers and training has turned out. I have been helping to develop a statewide training program for T4C in Michigan for the last few years. We have met some challenges and currently have a training program. I am always interested in how others solve their problems. Maybe we can avoid re-inventing the pretzel. Abe

Abe Hi. We have been trying to locate a Train the Trainer training for the last year. We have talked with others who are interested in the training as well but have not been able to put anything together. Our facility is small and we have only 2 people who qualify for the training. Hosting the training would be difficult for us, however, we are getting desperate. We are willing to travel and hopeful that someone will be hosting a training soon.
