We are in the process of adapting the NIJ/Sandia Labs "Correctional Vulnerability Assessment" materials for use in jails. About 30 state DOCs and 12 jails received training from NIJ before that project ended last year. I am very interested in identifying research, tools and other resources that might be helpful as we develop new techniques and tools for jails.
