We at SIMCo specialize in the creation and development of innovative systems to enhance and improve the gathering and sharing of information and intelligence in a correctional setting.  We also develop our product so it may be integrated into any correctional data system or intranet server, depending on the sophistication of the specific facility or organization.Research conducted in the U.S. revealed correctional administrators and executives are receiving from 5% - 8% of available intelligence and information from their staff, which indicates why there are so many serious and significant incidents in our correctional facilities at the local, state, and federal sector.

We ask you this: Are you satisfied with the information you are receiving so you are able to prevent problems in your facility or organization, pertaining to staff and inmate safety and security? Additionally, are you merely reacting and responding to problems, rather than preventing them? If you are not satisfied with your present and current systems, we at SIMCo can be of great and useful service for you at a reasonable price.

SIMCo is primarly managed and controlled by Joe Gunja, the Chief Operating Officer

Joe Gunja, spent over 31 years in law enforcement, with major emphasis in corrections.  During his corrections career with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, he excelled from a Correctional Officer in 1980 to Warden and Regional Director, spanning 27+ years.  He also developed and implemented several systems similar to PREVENT, which were highly successful and are presently being used in over 20 federal prisons.

The PREVENT Systam is a 3-prong system which will enhance your ability to maximize intelligence and information gathering, sharing, dissemination, and various counter strategies and preventive tactics, so you and your facility or organization are preventing significant incidents - rather than merely reacting and responding to them.1.  Highly efficient and effecitve software and information systems 2.  Innovative hardware technology 3.  Superior education and training by seasoned correctional professionals

    Our PREVENT System is simple:

It is a technical and managerial program to maximize intelligence-gathering and information sharing in correctional facilities, with the main intent to prevent and deter problems rather than reacting to them. PREVENT involves highly efficient information and software technology for data and information management, innovative hardware technology as a catalyst to report this information, and management principles so the system is totally embraced by all employees, and they are all meaningful partners and role players in the operation as it evolves in their facility or institution.

We are presently in the development stage, and final production and sales will be in April 2008.
