I am interested in hearing from others on how they implemented and continue to manaage T4C groups in jail setting. We are about to embark on implementation at a Colorado County jail that houses some 70 inmates on each ward. We have training 2 mental health professionals and 13 deputies to conduct groups with inmates, and would like to give each of them the opportunity to facilitate, while understanding that they will still have primary responsility for the ward.
