    Does NIC sponsor a discussion forum for Information Technology people associated with corrections?  The IT manager for the NH Department of Corrections would like to be part of it if there is one......and if one doesn't exist, he suggests one be created.  What shall I tell him?  Any info would be appreciated.  Thanks.
