I am currently tasked with writing a juvenile safe cell policy for our pre-trial facility in Maryland. I was hoping that besides ACA, and NCCHC guidelines, if anyone had could provide their ideas and what is being implememented in other states on this topic in relation to stucture of the cell itself and policy.
