I am in the process of writing a lesson plan for Supervision of a Direct Supervision Facility.  Does anyone out there have a lesson plan you would like to share?

Hello, I am from the Lake County Sheriff's Office, in Northern Illinois.  We currently have a direct supervision vision jail and have been in existance since 1990.  We have two training programs:  the first is for a new officer's initial training which is for five weeks and then we have direct supervision program that is five days long.

Kinville,Hello,My name is Mike Ethridge and am a Captain/Training Director at the Campbell County Jail in Northern Ky.In about 3 Months we are opening a 250+ bed Direct Supervision Unit in addition to our existing Jail,.Kentucky Jail Standards require that all Staff be Trained a minimum of 40 Hours related to Direct Supervision.I have Tried to enlist in NICs Direct Supervision Training,but the Training has been canceled due to their move to Washington D.C..If you or anyone else knows where we could get the Certification to Instruct these topics,please advise.I would also appreciate very much a copy of your materials.Thank you very much, and if I can be of assistance to you in any way, give me a call.(859-547-1944).My mailing address is 601 Central Ave. Newport Ky,41071.Thanks Again,Capt.
