We are looking into different types of "vocational" programs for Delaware's juvenile training school. We have a small program where youth assist in the kitchen (and is paid the current rate), but we are wondering if there are other programs in use that would use an outside contractor; for example, an arts and crafts store would employ youth services in the assembling of picture frames, etc.
Any information would be very helpful.
