    Ray,

    Clicking the link adds the video to your "shopping cart". To place the order, you should have a yellow bar on your screen w/ a "Checkout" button that will take you to the order form.

    I have also been trying for the last few days to order this, you can get it into your "cart" but cannot "proceed to checkout". I am going to call the Info Center to see if they can help at all 800-877-1461
