You are not connecting via satellite or Internet. It is my understanding that they offered a video conference option using our video conferencing system. If you signed up for either satellite or Internet, it may not work with the Internet (I wasn&#39;t aware you were doing that) and, as you know, we don&#39;t have satellite.
