The National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies is conducting a survey of pretrial diversion programs. The survey is on-line on NAPSA's website (napsa.org) and will close out December 31. The Association has funding from the Bureau of Justice Assistance to develop a monogrpah on diversion best practices and a separate piece on survey results. If you're a diversion program, this is a great opportunity to let the field know about your policies and practices.

Welcome to the Pretrial Diversion Forum!

What are some of the emerging issues in Pretrial Diversion that you want to discuss?
