He finished early due to good time which is given in NJ.  Upon his release PA picks him up via a detainer issued by a CO at a  county correctional facility-again, what steps should be taken to help this inmate out?  At this point in time, I&amp;#39;d say he&amp;#39;s at least eligible for immediate parole and/or an emergent hearing, etc... ?</description></item></channel></rss>
