I need to know how to do it. I currently work in a unit that uses inmate tutor to self teach. Life skills, like mentoring, how to deal with relapsing, making wrong choices, understanding their past mistakes and taking steps toward a better direction. </p><p>The problem is no funding, everything that is done is inmate sponsored. it has worked very well, and has helped&nbsp; with self-esteem issues.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
