I am in the process of writing a lesson plan on Conflict Resolution for basic students and was wondering if anyone had any information on the subject. I am estimating the class to last around four hours. Any assistance with this would be great. I have the AJA’s lesson plan already, but am looking for more information on the subject. Thanks You, Chris

I came across a different type of instrument a few years ago.  It differentiate between our styles when things are calm and when they're not.

It's a little more on indivudalized response rather than preferred outcomes (Thomas-Killman) that can give some insight into how one responds to different situations.

They also have some faciltator material around it.

    Hi Chris,

I have developed a slide presentation and handout that I think you might like. If you want email me at stephen_sisco@triad.rr.com and I will send it to you.  Take a look at it and see what you think.  Thanks Stephen
