Our local doctors, specialists and hospital staff generally do one of two things. They either list any inmate with an appointment as John or Jane Doe or they use a highlight technique to indicate this information is not to be released or confirmed. This took a lot of work to accomplish over the years, but our medical appointment setters are awesome at conveying the security related matters associated with inmate information being released. We generally work with the same group of doctors and should a new one come on board to serve our inmate population then we would request a meeting with the Office manager explaining in detail the importance of such. It is working so well with us now that if there are any inquires around the time of the inmate transport or something doesn't seem quite right the physicians office will call us to report suspicion. Good Luck!
