    I am looking for training videos and/ or curriculums which can be used during a retreat for my departmental trainers. Topics of interest: dealing with difficult participants, classroom control and of course public speaking practice. I would appriciate any ideas or suggestions. Thanks

    Shelley, I recommend you contact the NIC Information Center and request a copy of Foundation Skills for Trainers. The curriculum have the topics you're looking for and more. Ed Yahnig, Training Academy Missouri DOC
