Hey. On the homepage, the National Institute of Corrections there is a PDF for stats concering Homless Offenders--that file is not loading for me. I'm doing a paper on homeless offenders, and this information would be vital for me. Thank you in advance.

Can you provide any additional information on the document you're looking for? Our homepage changes as new documents are added to our library and I don't currently see anything that matches your description. Some of the links on our site go to external sites. If a document is moved on the external site, our link won't work until we find the document again and correct the link. The only related document I can find that would have scrolled across recently is Homelessness Among Registered Sex Offenders in California: The Numbers, the Risk and the Response.  The link in that record, which goes outside to the California Sex Offender Management Board, is good, and you can get to the report here, http://www.casomb.org/docs/Housing%202008%20Rev%201%205%20FINAL.pdf.  Hope this helps.
