    Hello,

I am interested in knowing if anyone has formal or informal standards for the optimum ration of EM staff to participants in a program that provides weekly supervision contacts, monitors compliance including verification of employment; responds to violations and completes reports. The offender is subject to random calling throughout the day to ensure that they are home.

    Thanks,

    Bobbie Huskey

Could you forward any information you received to me please, I am looking into best practices for EHM programs for both pre and post adjudication populations. Thanks.

The EM officers in Missouri typically carry a caseload of active participants of 20 to 25. It gets a little crazy when offenders are non compliant but very managable when they are following the schedules. We do all of the reports and follow up on curfew issues as well.
