I am in the middle of a rush job to figure out a new CCTV system for our prison. I was told Wednesday to finish by today(Fiday). I'm laughing right now... Meanwhile I'm waiting for suppliers to get back to me by this afternoon so I can finish writing this proposal. Does anyone have any info that could help me finish this porposal by this afternoon? It's a lot to ask, but I do have much of the porposal written, any ideas, examples, etc. would help. Thanks, Lt. Rob Boyer SWSP Bridgeton NJ

What exactily is CCTV? Don't mean to be stupid but not sure what you need.

No problem, it stands for Closed Circuit TeleVision.Camera security system in other words, Nobody thinks you're stupid believe me. We have WAY too many acronyms for everything! We currently have an old analog system and want to go digital.

I did this for our facility. We have some stationary as well as pan tilt models. We can view them from our server on the computers in various offices such as Captains office, Chief of Security, Deputy Warden and Wardens offices. If you call North Central Correctional Facility at 740-387-7040 and ask for Mr. AHN he is a very good network administrator that helped me figure out what we needed. He may also be able to assist you with some contacts/agencies we utilized to purchase the equipment from. I hope this helps.
