"New Gender Responsive Classification Instruments for Women Offenders: What do they look like and how will they improve practice?"
The National Institute of Corrections (NIC) will host three, separate 2-hour information sessions, using an interactive on-line learning classroom, to introduce correctional managers to two new risk and needs assessment instruments for adult women offenders. The instruments are the result of NIC sponsored research conducted by the University of Cincinnati over the past four years.
