There are a great deal of self-help and educational materials available for free download. Itunes University also includes class material from several dozen major universities including Berkely, MIT, and others on a wide range of topics. These materials update themselves from the itunes store automatically each time the iPod is plugged back into a computer, greatly simplifying the task of the staff, by ensuring that content is always up to date and fresh.
