    Hi, Everyone,

Does anyone have or know of a 360 or self-assessment based on the NIC managerial and supervisory competeinces?

    Thanks.

If you take a look at the competencies guide for the executive level, there is a complete list of assessments and many of them would be appropriate for the Manager/Supervisor as well.  Meyers-Briggs is great but very complicated.  A computer based assessment I would recommend that is not specific to corrections but is a good general assessment is done by Profiles International.  They have several available but I have used "The Profile."  It's a little costly, but honestly, all of them are.

Hi Joe, I have experience with a company in the Denver, CO area that has a 360 program called the Cornerstones of Success that is based on 8 different competencies.

    Their website is www.regislearning.com

    Good luck!
