If you take a look at the competencies guide for the executive level, there is a complete list of assessments and many of them would be appropriate for the Manager/Supervisor as well. Meyers-Briggs is great but very complicated. A computer based assessment I would recommend that is not specific to corrections but is a good general assessment is done by Profiles International.
