    I am trying to find statistical data in relation to:

    • What state prison systems permit correctional officers to carry o.c. pepper on inmate transports?
    • Any pro/con information concerning this topic

    The Indiana Department of Correction mandates trip officer carry the OC streamer. This creates a less lethal option in the force continuum
