    The message below was posted in the pretrial release forum, but appears to be better for diversion.  Does anyone have information regarding pre-trail diversion for serious and persistently mentally ill offenders;  the use of peer specialist in pre-trial diversion;  or the use of forensic ACT treams in pre-trial diversion?
