I hate seeing Ken R. all alone here! The National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies is conducting a survey of pretrial diversion programs. The survey is on-line on NAPSA's website (napsa.org) and will close out December 31. The Association has funding from the Bureau of Justice Assistance to develop a monogrpah on diversion best practices and a separate piece on survey results. If you're a diversion program, this is a great opportunity to let the field know about your policies and practices.
