    Does anyone have information on Grievance Orientation Training for new Officers. I am trying to develop a training at my facility, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    First, I'm assuming that the grievances you are referring to are inmate grievances.  I've attached a copy of the grievance training that we provide our Caseworkers.  I know it doesn't meet your target audience but hopefully you will find some of it useful.
