    Hello, all.

    I work for Travis County in the main housing unit for females.  Recently, we have started noticing a greater than normal problem with our females almost preying on each other sexually. For us it seems to be related mostly to our maximum security popluation. Is anyone else experiencing this?  If so what options are you using to deal with the issue.
