This function on the new website does not work very well. Apparently, whenever my search search does not fall into specific categories or topics I am booted out to the main page. I never had this problem on the previous version of this website.

 The topics I am searching for are usually very straight forward . . . jail policies, sample jail policy manuals, etc.

I haven't had any other reports of this issue yet.  We are using the same search engine (Google) as we were on the old site.  It's possible that the search engine is picking up certain pages or files that it shouldn't and those are causing an error which will redirect you to the home page.

I tried the sample phrases you listed but they all worked for me.  If you think about it, could you post your exact search phrase or terms here if it happens again?  That might help me reproduce the error and track it down.
