    Inmates with a  Do not Resuscitate order or living will

    Looking to see what other Jails / prisons do when an I/M is terminal and has requested a Do Not Resuscitate order and all ready has a living will in place.  Do you honor the I/M request or do you require staff to keep him alive.

    After mental health care have ascertained that the offender is of "right mind and body" then we would honor the order.
