I looking for some info. on the responsibility   of the Booking / Processing Officers

I am also interested on how court paper work is up dated.  How many officers working in the booking / Processing area.  And how many work stations (computers ) you have.

The number of Inmates that go out to court daily.

And any other info you may think I can use Thanks

I work in a County Jail with 300 Inmates with about 20 officers per shift.

Our Booking Section consists of one sergeant and six officers.  One officer is assigned to Identification (fingerprints and photographs); three officers assigned to book inmates; and two officers assigned to classification control to prepare inmate folders, and classify inmates to their initial housing area.

We send approximately 200 inmates per day to the courthouse, and approximately 150 a day to first appearance hearings.
