Corrections Community

Does anyone have a recommendation for a jail consultant to assist in determining a course of action for our community? We have an overcrowding problem (400+) inmate more than we have beds. We have a criminal justice counsel, day reporting, residential community corrections, work release, drug court and mental health court. Who have you worked with in the past and did they meet deadlines?
