    To whom it my concern, I don’t know who to turn to for help.  I have taught IPC since 2001.  I just moved to a new office and I cannot find my IPC video disk.  For the last four days I have tried to order the disk on line but every time I try to checkout I get this message, “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.”  Also every phone number I call gives a busy signal.  Can you please forward this email to someone who could help me.  My contact information is below. Please send an IPC disk to. Sgt.     Steve,

    The online ordering system for CD/DVD's and is currently unavailable on NIC's website.  We have updated our web site to redirect our customers to call our office at  800-877-1461 for live assistance. You may also send your questions to asknicic@nicic.gov   We apologize for any inconvenience.    The IPC materials you requested will be sent tomorrow.
