Hennepin County Community Corrections has started an Offender Workforce Development program called Pathways to Employment (P2E) and we are having difficulty by getting referrals to the program by either the other probation officers not referring AND/OR the lack of accountability by the clients. Does any one have any advice on what they have done within their agency that would assist us in making this a success? Having open ended workshops on employment for resumes, interest profilers, or having a 3 day session? What is everyone else doing out there? We need ideas to make this successful! Thank you!
